Searching for an All-Source Technical Targeter to join our Level Up team in support of work in Virginia.

Level Up, powered by AVIAN, specializes in information system implementation, infrastructure architecture, data collection and transformation, data aggregation, data analysis, target recognition, operations, and field support to help fulfill the government's intelligence mission requirements.

The All-Source Technical Targeter is responsible for targeting support in a fast-paced environment. Candidate is expected to be familiar with more than one advanced technical targeting tool and be comfortable with mining information from large data sets. Broad experience with the US intelligence community, target assessment, and target collection evaluation is useful.

Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience with DoD or the IC as a technical targeting analyst
• All-source targeting experience
• Experience developing or using targeting tools
• Ability to explain technical results to a non-technical audience
• Demonstrated concise writing skills
• Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and mission partners with minimum supervision
• Experience in conducting military and/or hard targeting
• Experience with programming in Excel and/or Python
• Experience required with human, signals, geo-spacial, imagery, and/or other intelligence disciplines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of telecom infrastructure
• Experience with customer communication systems
