As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager who will play a key role in the management of day-to-day business/facilities operations, logistics, international and distribution. The incumbent will also play a lead role in deployment of organizational initiatives and change management activities. The Operations Manager will oversee and provide mentorship to the Warehouse Supervisor and team.
The ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all policies, procedures, and operational directives are consistently and effectively followed.
Drive Operational excellence process initiatives.
Accountable for operational budget in collaboration with other organizational leaders.
Participate in warehouse planning and partner with leadership to develop an effective and efficient operating rhythm for the warehouse.
Establish key operational metrics to measure and track effectiveness and efficiencies.
Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
Maintain regular attendance.
Willing to work overtime with little or no notice.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, or Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of experience managing a team; providing mentoring, coaching and feedback
Experience with SAP and Ariba a plus
Up to 15% travel - Domestic

External - Customers, Carrier, Freight Forwarders, Suppliers
