West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery seek a board-certified/eligible Director of Thoracic Surgery for the Eastern Campus of WVU School of Medicine at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor rank and salary commensurate with experience and academic credentials.
The successful candidate joins a group of internationally renowned academic thoracic surgeons who are part of the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute and Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center. Competency in minimally invasive lung and esophageal surgery is desired.

Qualifications: Successful candidates must have an MD or DO degree (or foreign educational equivalent), be board-certified or board-eligible in thoracic surgery and be qualified for West Virginia medical licensure.
