Job Description
People & HR Learning Coordinator
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in New York or San Francisco office as part of the North America office learning team. Our team is responsible for delivering a portfolio of learning programs at various stages of development in offices across North America.
You will work with other learning professionals and faculty to manage all stages of program delivery of both virtual and in-person learning programs including pre, onsite and post-program management.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of an array of learning programs including planning and delivery, project/process management and faculty preparation.
In this role, you will work with other members of the McKinsey learning team and skilled faculty to execute North America and local strategic learning initiatives across different roles and stages in our colleagues' careers. You will plan and organize programs as well as own project and program modifications. You will provide program support and measure impact and feedback on programs and initiatives. You will build relationships across the firm and you'll have the opportunity to gain new skills and build on the strength you bring to the firm.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Keen interest and/or experience in the learning and development industry
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to build relationships with and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Outstanding process management skills with a hands-on, action-oriented style
  • Highly self-driven and motivated; proactive with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional behavior that consistently supports our mission, values and guiding principle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English) including ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
