Dabir Surfaces, a Methode Company, is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager. You will provide field support to both customers and other field staff, conduct on-site education/consulting, and support the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations. You will also participate and develop presentations for conventions, forums, and meetings for the purpose of product awareness and share product information/data analysis to clinical research groups.

Responsibilities:
Travel to customers and potential customers' facilities, providing them with information and support as required to secure business, including building/maintaining relationships with top executives within customer organizations to help expedite growth
Develop and execute a clinical territory coverage plan by working with the Manager of Clinical Operations, which defines the type of support required to meet territory sales goals
Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to health care professionals on the effective use of Dabir Surfaces System and equipment in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals
Educate customers on Dabir Surfaces products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training
Stay current on company product instructions for use (IFU), best practices, and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature
Manage customer product evaluation process by working effectively with all members/departments of health care organization
Evaluate territory performance and project growth in conjunction with the sales team
Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving established objectives
Travel outside his/her assigned territory as needed to support the clinical needs of the business
Assure that sales activities in the territory comply with company policies and procedures
Recommend to the Company areas of future growth potential such as acquisitions, new market strategies, etc.
Assist in establishing sales objectives for territory in cooperation with management
Provide timely reporting of field activities and special reporting to assist in business and product planning
Participate in surgical procedures in support of customers' training activities
Participate in protocol development and execution of various clinical research studies
Provide timely accurate forecast of sales by customer and product
Participate and occasionally manage trade show activity when assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, Registered Nurse required
Five (5) years minimum clinical experience with disposable medical supplies and/or medical devices
Sales experience a plus, capital sales success an advantage
Demonstrate strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills: written and oral
Excellent presentation and customer interface skills
Proficient in Salesforce
Skilled in all Microsoft applications; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Technical knowledge of surgical procedures and O.R. protocols
Ability to clear vendor credentialing within United States of America
Ability to travel up to 50% within the USA
