Position Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for the product strategic direction, planning, and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing market and customer requirements, defining the product vision, partnering with development on delivery and enablement, and working closely with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product strategy supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

*Conduct market and customer research to understand the buyer audience, develop and steward user personas, and define customer problems and goals around our product space.

*Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive offerings, having command of the market

*Define and champion the product strategy and roadmap, develop product positioning, vision, value propositions and messaging

*Gather, write, and communicate requirements and definition of done in user stories,

*Act as Product lead and collaborate with one or more Agile scrum teams to prioritize sprint work, and facilitate scrum team collaboration for delivery

*Continually groom the product backlog for enabling the scrum team to execute on current and future product evolution

*Use tools such as Jira, Wiki, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, charting software Confluence and others to manage execution during the development process and participate as a key team-member during development sprints.

*Buy / build / partner assessment and working with external third parties to assess and manage partnership opportunities

*Work with Sales, Partners, Implementation Consultants and Customers on enablement activities; provide presentations, webinars, and so forth as the face of your product

*Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and large enhancements

*Work with peers to implement projects across Global HR and Talent applications

*Act as a leader within the company

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

*Experience in a product management role for a Human Resources or Human Capital Management solution provider.

*Bachelor's degree

*Customer-first mindset

*Market-oriented, entrepreneurial, collaborative, value-driven mindset

*Full product lifecycle experience with cloud-based enterprise software

*Experience with Agile scrum methodologies in an agile development environment

*Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

*Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products and product plans, or HR related projects or programs within the Talent Acquisition space

*Strong writing, verbal communication, presentation development and delivery skills

*Entrepreneurial thinker that effectively collaborates with teammates and colleagues in a fast-paced, high growth environment with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

*Light travel is required to Infor locations, clients, and industry events

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

*4+ years' experience as a Product Manager around Talent Acquisition and/or other HR Talent areas

*5+ years in any role within the HR domain specialty of Talent

*SHRM or other HCM related certifications

*Agile Transformation experience

*Scaled Agile experience

*Pragmatic Marketing certification

    *Certified Scrum Product Owner certification
