Methode Electronics is seeking an Assembler to fabricated parts to relatively small or light subassemblies and complete units according to customer specifications.
The regular hours for this position are 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
Read work orders to assemble components by hand or by using small hand-operated equipment
Test, calibrate, and fit parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
Maintain neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Assembly experience preferred
Basic math skills- addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to work independently
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
