Job Title: Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Plant Operations Manager in Washington DC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Report all Project issues.
  • Attend meetings, including virtual meetings such as MS Teams and WebEx, with the COR, DIA Site Lead, and Facility Management Branch
  • Enter service requests for corrective maintenance into the computerized maintenance management system, currently Service Central.
  • Update assigned work orders in the CMMS to include, but not limited to: Status, work performed asset identification, equipment offline hours, and work order close out.
  • Coordinate with Government Quality Assurance Representative for inspection and certification as required.
  • Supervise and plan work for assigned personnel

Qualifications:

    • The Plant OM shall be a prime Contractor employee and have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in plant operations and maintenance with at least three (3) years' supervisory experience.
    • The Plant OM and alternates shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
    • The Plant OM shall be proficient in the MS Office suite.
    • The Plant OM shall be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize business needs and issues.
    • Must have a TS/SCI clearance recognized by the DIA.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Prolong, extensive or considerable standing/walking.
    • Manual dexterity and mobility
