Methode is seeking an Assembler toaid in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and productsto meetcustomer specifications.In this role, you will support all production assembly business segments.

The regular hours for this role are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
Read work orders and standardized work to position and align parts in specified relationship to each other; jig, fixtureor, another holding device
Mount assembly components, hardware, or compounds
Connect, test and pack various assembled materials or products
Oversee machines that press, shape, cut. and cure various assembles
Clean booths and paint controls at the end of run; clean pumps, hoses, nozzles, etc.
Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks, as assigned, on the paint booth equipment
Maintain neat and orderly work areas and observe all safety rules
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED preferred
At least 1 year of assembly experience in a TS, AS or ISO facility
Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints
Basic math skills required; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results
Ability to work independently
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
