To be eligible to begin employment, applicants must be able to work 15-20 hours per week M-F during the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and up to 35 hours per week for summer. Individuals must also maintain a 2.5 GPA, current and cumulative. 
 
This position is expected to be ongoing until graduation.
Job Description
Immediate opening for Student Specialist position to work in Housing front office. 
 
Application will be reviewed as they are received.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist Budget/Admin Coordinator (supervisor) and Housing Assignment Coordinator with: 

  Provide customer service at front desk and answer telephones. 
  Answering residents questions regarding housing
  Data retrieval and entry in the housing resident records system
  Maintain files and handle confidential information 
  Assist with special tasks
  Give tours
  Perform other duties as assigned. 
 
Previous related work experience highly preferred* 
Qualifications

Must be enrolled for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 terms.
