Provide financial support to practice management to ensure services are delivered cost effectively and efficiently. Drive budget and forecasting process for assigned business unit(s). Secure cost transparency, as well as correctness as per current guidelines (such as Group Reporting Definitions and ATOS Transfer Pricing Policy). Partnership with Practice VP's, Practice Managers - Industry controllers, CoA and other practices to drive results.

* 5+ years of experience in similar role. Perform Month end Close activities, prepare supporting analysis

o Review practice landing numbers process any needed transactions.

o Review run rates compared to prior month & prior year actuals, identify, understand and explain anomalies

o Review Personnel and Non-payroll Expenses, understand MoM / YoY variances, research and explain variances

o Build variance to MoM/YoY/Rally analysis & bridges

o Liaison with Global counterparts, coordinate execution of global reporting and analysis requirements.

o Build monthly financial report, communicate as required

* Oversee Day to day financial processes for assigned business unit

o Work with operations lead to drive identify and drive cost take out across the practices

o Manage assigned FA's and workload

o Develop a deep understanding of cost base, and be able to articulate the BU performance to different stake holders

* Oversee and coordinate the budgeting & forecasting processes for assigned business units

o Ensure accurate budgets are loaded, ensure overall targets are reflected and achieved

o Build bottom up analysis to understand achievability of targets, assist in understanding the path to achieve those targets

o Prepare analysis on budget variances, across all cost categories.

o Understand trading partner and why it is important

* Overall o Have a deep understanding of the overall Practice, answer questions, provide thoughtful analysis, problem solve, build relationships

o Have an deep understanding of the overall delivery / operations Cost Base, answer questions and perform thoughtful analysis

o Have an deep understanding of our economic model and the relations ship between ER/PM/GM/OM

o Understand ICPCs, the IC process, and the complexities of our economic model

o Coordinate & Facilitate Monthly Balance sheet reviews for all Debit & Credit Items - ensure all items are being managed & addressed routinely.

o Support NA operations leadership on Ad Hoc requests o Support WU / SCR rate review processes

o Supervise FA's as needed
