Overview

Are you a self-motivated project manager with experience running multiple simultaneous projects? Put your skills to work in our Marketing Division, and work with clients to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and timeline. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is able to utilize their knowledge of project management methodologies and team building skills to drive marketing initiatives from requirements definition to launch. Responsibilities
    Drive the completion of event web projects by managing project plans, project scope, and resource allocation
  • Manage project kickoff, requirement gathering, and regular status meetings using the agile/scrum process
  • Guide project teams on mitigating risks and propose backup plans for areas of high-risk
  • Form strong working relationships within marketing teams and across the organization to launch projects on scope and schedule
  • Maintain a project backlog, including prioritization and timeframe estimation, and communicate these matters to the appropriate individuals and stakeholders
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
  • Communicate status and potential project risks to the project stakeholder(s)
  • Ensure consistency across all event pages
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related work experience in project management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and set priorities and expectations
  • Experience with a variety of software project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum
  • Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
  • Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational boundaries including senior executives
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and to work within strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence
  • Bachelor's in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
