Job Description

PCI is seeking a Contract Administrator for its Phoenix Interior operations based in North Phoenix, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to the following:

    Process new hires and onboarding.
  • Respond to incoming callers and email communications with excellent customer service skills.
  • Assist and provide support to Branch Staff as needed.
  • Branch filing; electronic job files.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1+ years of office administration experience is preferred.
  • Local to North Phoenix Metro preferred.
  • Bilingual with both English and Spanish is preferred.
