The purpose of this job is to manage the Residential Construction and Development Division of Trustmark in order to successfully achieve overall corporate goals. This would include leading staff so as to expand overall market share through quality loan growth, deposit growth and cross selling to other business units

Lead staff to accomplish division and corporate goals
• Expand customer relationships through referrals & quality service
• Business calls to customers and prospects individually & with staff
• Loan approval, structuring, & monitoring for officers under supervision
• Individual credit underwriting and preparation for approval
• Serve on various committees to establish, monitor & execute corp. goals
• Serve on HBA board to further image of bank in this industry
• Community Involvement

• Knowledge of the Real Estate market
• Knowledge of Human Resource Management
• Knowledge of financial service industry
• Commercial Real Estate underwriting experience required
• Leadership skills

• Proven history of effectively managing individual loan portfolio
• 5-7 years of residential homebuilder financing experience required
• Four-year college education required
• Graduate level education preferred
