SUMMARY
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The Aircraft Maintenance Inspector performs all required by back inspections, general visual inspections, verifies ok to close, discrepancies for airworthiness and additional duties assigned by Maintenance Manager. Must possess IA (Inspection Authorization) to be utilized during customer annual inspections. Inspector additionally assist crew leads and technicians to ensure all paperwork and aircraft documentation is kept accurate as well current.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Compliance - Utilize their experience and Inspection Authorization during Annual/100 hour inspections and perform related log book and AD research for aircraft compliance.
- Ensures the maintenance operation complies with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Quality Procedures (QP), Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and all reporting requirements. Conducts all quality control inspections and ensures timely completion and maintenance of records. Ensures that all maintenance operations and practices meet FAA, federal, state, and agency requirements.
- Customer Service - Provides exceptional customer service to all General Aviation customers, suppliers, and employees - 100% customer satisfaction. Represents General Aviation in a positive, courteous, and professional manner regardless of customer requests or complaints. Ensures that customers receive correct services.
