Job Title: DATA Entry Specialist I

Job Summary:

EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST I in Bethesda, MD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generating tracking, metrics and productivity reports for distribution as requested by the Data Entry Specialist II.
  • Data entry into the CMMS system.
  • Updating equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into the CMMS
  • Monitor and update the work order and PM program database.
  • Tracking and filing projects.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems, (ARCHIBUS) preferred.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • TS SCI with FSP is required, no exceptions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged sitting, eye strain.
