JOB TITLE: Data Entry Specialist II

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Data Entry Specialist II for opportunity in Bethesda MD. Candidates must have a TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly no exceptions. The role includes: data input/output and continuous process improvements in a facility Computerized Maintenance Management System, (CMMS) ARCHIBUS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist the GPOC Technician with the CMMS, (ARCHIBUS) program.
* Seeks continuous improvement of software applications to support IAP/CRI.
* Data entry into the CMMS system.
* Updating equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into the CMMS
* Monitor and update and continuous process improvement of the ARCHIBUS program.
* Generating tracking, metrics and productivity reports for distribution as requested by the GPOC.
* Tracking and filing projects.
* Other administrative tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
* Four (4) or more years of Office experience and data entry.
* Knowledge of CMMS systems, (ARCHIBUS) preferred.
* Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Must possess the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
* TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly is required, no exceptions.
