We are seeking an Environmental Scientist /Ecotoxicologist to be based out our Hunt Valley, MD office. The primary duties of this position will be to write proposals in response to appropriate RFPs, support on-going toxicological based projects through data analysis, report writing, etc., and ultimately assist in expanding our ecotoxicology business initiatives. In addition to in-office work some field work may be required to support projects such as, biological surveys, sample collections and natural resource assessments.

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD in ecology, ecotoxicology, environmental science, natural resources (or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in experimental design and statistical analysis.
  • Must have strong scientific writing and communication skills.
  • Project management and leadership skills strongly desired.
  • Capability and willingness to work in both a field and office setting, i.e., participation in field work for site characterization is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of R software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge within the fields Ecotoxicology and Risk Assessment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
