Responsibilities

* Business development through prospecting new client relationships with owners and investors

* Preparation and presentation of thorough, informative property evaluations of owner's assets

* Negotiation of real estate contracts and agreements

* Management of the marketing process for exclusive listings

* Navigation of transactions from contract to close

* Participation in real estate focused sales, underwriting, and basic construction training

* Development of submarket expertise through prospecting, relationship-building, and research

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

* Strong communication skills
