Manager Operations, Care Delivery Innovation- REMOTE

The Manager, Care Delivery Innovation will identify and support the implementation of capabilities and process improvements in the Commercial Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Space in DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) business. This position will focus on high priority initiatives in a rapidly growing strategic team and will play a key role in developing, organizing and implementing new ideas and processes, working closely with our patient Care Team.

This is a project-focused role that will require creative problem solving and project management skills combined with practical operational experience developing, improving, testing, and validating care delivery strategies. The role and will work with commercial leaders, clinical teammates, process engineers, and other business leaders across the company to coordinate, manage, implement and test in Commercial CKD programs.

Responsibilities include but not are not limited to:

  • Manage the implementation calendar for pilots and initiatives to improve CKD care in commercial programs through coordination with other teams in the Village and CKD Commercial Ops partners
  • Work closely with operations leaders to plan and coordinate implementation of pilots and BDPs for maximum effectiveness and stickiness
  • Develop and launch pilots to improve clinical outcomes and/or team productivity for our CKD programs, including data analysis, hypothesis development, insight generation, process development, and ops partnership for implementation, and provide business recommendation
  • Establish best practices and working norms between multiple DaVita and IKC teams
  • Teammate management and growth

The ideal candidate will:

  • Think about process efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Be energized working closely with our clinical care team and impacting patients through new innovations, capabilities and processes
  • Be well organized and able to manage a portfolio of projects for implementation in operations ("air traffic control")
  • Be energized working in a fast paced, high visibility environment close to patient care

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or graduate degree in a healthcare related field (MPH, MHA) is preferred
  • 4+ years' work experience, preferably in consulting, strategy or project management role within healthcare
  • Strong problem-solving,critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change

Position Base Range: $75,200- $110,400

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. $75,200.00to$110,400.00
