We are currently looking for a Business Operations Manager to be trained in our Energy Consulting department. Business Operations Managers are trainers, leaders, and sales specialists. This individual understands that profitability enables our firm to share the benefits of many energy brokers & services, which help keep energy thriving in their own community. This position supports the Sales Team and will work closely with the team to mentor and develop Team Leaders while managing the success of client initiatives at each territory and reporting team progress.

Full training is provided for thisentry-levelposition. We want to bring this individual at the ground floor and train them in all aspects of our business before allowing them to manage such an important team in our office.

Responsibilities for the Business Operations Manager:

• Assist client and sales support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.


• Create a team-building environment


• Deliver compelling training environment that builds brands and drive client sales


• Work closely with other Managers to develop go-to strategies for existing and new client services


• Responsible for management of clients', campaign execution, and success measurements

**This is not an administrative, IT, or telemarketing position!

Qualifications for Business Operations Managers:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in customer service, business, sales, or related field


• Strategic problem solving skills


• Prior experience in management or leadership is a plus


• Excellent communication and listening skills


• Able to work effectively as a team and independently
