Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications - Required
- Assist Account Managers.
- Assist Leads
- Training Employees
- Covers open position in our commercial/Residential Department
- Oversee day to day performance of employees and report to the Account Manager
- Responsible for inspecting work. Inspects maintenance of company standards
- Responsible to demonstrate action to resolve any issues, follows up to confirm issues were resolved.
- Oversees and participates in preventative maintenance of company vehicles, equipment and supplies; conducts vehicle inspections and maintains repairs, organization of equipment and supplies and cleanliness of exterior of vehicle
- Performs preventative maintenance of equipment and supplies; to include inspections/cleaning of all equipment and levels of supplies.
- Conducts and organizes new account set-ups; delivery of supplies and equipment and new and existing employee training
- Oversees and participates in the servicing, cleaning and maintenance of additional projects including but not limited to; employee coverage, carpet, floor and window projects
- Enforces all safety regulations
- Be available to assist clients, managers and employees as needed
Qualifications - Required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Strong organizational and thought skills
- Strong follow-up and follow through
- Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule including some weekend work.
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Attend to meetings in regards to the accounts.
- Loves cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in writing
- Bilingual (preferred)
