Job Description

Support CHHS alumni and alumni events

Primary Responsibilities

Exercise effective communication skills to demonstrate knowledge of and enthusiasm for NKU, its benefits and programs;

Build relationships with alumni and encourage them to stay connected with their Alma mater;

Maintain confidentiality (i.e. new donor information, complaints, gift amounts, etc.);

Assist in planning events;

Accept constructive feedback/coaching from student supervisors and management;

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment;

Qualifications

Ability to speak English clearly and communicate effectively and professionally by telephone;

Ability to work effectively in a team;

Exhibit a courteous and engaging personality;

Must be dependable and be able to work evening hours;

Logistic and analytical skills;

Excellent time and project management skill;

All applicants must be enrolled as an NKU student in at least 6 credit hours, in good academic standing.
