Job Description

Position reports to Specialist of Planning, Design & Construction but does work for Senior Director and other professionals in the office, including those in the office of Real Estate and the office of Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management.

Primary Responsibilities

Work efforts would include working in spreadsheets and in the Space Management Database, a database of all rooms and buildings on campus; performing classroom utilization analysis; preparing PowerPoint presentations; organizing information and files; research; taking photos; answering phones; and, other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Work skills include proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and although not necessary, some knowledge of Access would also be helpful.
