The Base Generation Operator plays an intricate role in the production of Press Fabrics for use in the pulp and paper industry. Over time the incumbent is trained to operate several aspects related to the Base Generation process with attention to detail for an extended period of time.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform duties in bonding and seam forming
- To follow instructions on trailer cards
- To perform work with meticulous attention to detail
- To perform minor maintenance work
- Perform duties in raveling/joining of fabrics
- Prepare and install fabric seams according to specs
- Incumbent will be required to perform different functions in different areas as necessary to meet customer expectations

- One year work experience (Manufacturing)
