Job Description
* Operate or troubleshoot a range of manufacturing equipment
* Complete daily production paperwork including move tickets, quality log sheets and safety checks
* Inspect parts for damage and defects against quality standards
* Trims parts, identifies and segregates scrap
* Identify and report process, material and equipment problems to supervisor
* Monitor inventory and alert Operations Supervisor when supplies are running low
* May operate power truck to push, pull, lift or move products or materials and/or dies
* Perform shimming operation; filling gaskets and package finished product
* Assemble and Inspect parts for quality defects
* Pick or pack up completed products and prepare them for shipment.
* Unload, organize, and stock returned parts.
* Other tasks and assignments consistent with knowledge and training
Required Skills
* Ability to work for any US employer
* Physically able to stand, climb, kneel, bend, lift up to 40lbs, and manipulate objects
* Vision: Ability to see objects up close or at a distance, in color, adjust focus, and use peripheral vision
* Ability to read and understand work instructions, bills of material, routings and other written instruction
Required Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
