- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Five or more years in business process optimization in finance, human resources, IT, or customer services across any industry including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, oil and gas, consumer products, and others.
- Experience in participating in large transformation programs crossing multiple functions, post-merger integrations of functional areas.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques such as six sigma, enterprise cost reduction, shared service model design and implementation is preferred
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comfort with extensive travel
- Experience leveraging technology to increase productivity, reducing costs through automation, solutions implementation a plus.
- Digital transformation of end-to-end journeys at scale, using multiple levers/ technologies in a cohesive way. Examples include digitization, advanced analytics, robotics, artificial intelligence, is also a plus
- Experience designing solutions/ business processes/ operating models/Shared Service Centers
