The Accounting Coordinator position supports finance practices and objectives that drive a high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, ethics and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.The Accounting Coordinator performs AR cash application and has the responsibility for preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and various administration processes within the accounting group. Works in group with other financial members under immediate supervision of US Accounting Manager..

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for:
*Performing ERP accounting work in SAP related to incoming customer cash application
*Preparation and entering of standard accruals and other necessary journal entries
*Establish communications to reconcile intra-entity transactions
*Manage intercompany ledgers and corporate recharges
*Accounting of bank account direct debits and perform external banking transaction downloads within SAP
*Preparation of necessary reconciliations, including researching and working with finance and other team members to update account balances
*Supply and explain to internal and external auditors with support requirements necessary for publicly traded company and SOX compliance
*Administration of travel and purchasing credit cards for employees and perform compliance audit
*Adhering to company policies and procedures
*Participate in special projects as requested
*Other duties as assigned.




  • Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred or associate degree in accounting with minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • Solid understanding of general accounting debits and credits
  • Excellent ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, heavily automated environment
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills must be strong
  • Microsoft excel skills required
  • SAP experience a plus
