The Architectural draftsman will report directly to the Principal Architect and to the Senior Project Architect for determination on which Project or Projects services will be required on. Provide drafting assistance on multiple Projects under development at any one time, from generation of "As-Built" drawings through to Construction drawings and specifications.
The primary responsibility will be generation of all architectural construction drawings needed for each project based upon established company design and detailing standards and requirements.
Coordinate all Engineering discipline drawings with the Architectural drawings for consistency and for compatibility of design, intent and applicability.
Maintain up to date Construction Drawings and documents in the various Construction Trailers.
Assist with plotting and copying all drawings required and for distribution for permitting, for the Consulting Engineers for the Contractors and for IPG Construction Supervisors.
Complete As-Built dimensioning surveys of Existing Building and or areas of existing buildings being planned for renovation work and for generating base AutoCAD plans from the as-built field surveys.
- FIVE (5) years' MINIMUM documented experience in commercial and industrial design.
- Strong design and graphic skills
- AutoCAD proficient
- Capable of self-generating construction drawings.
- Technical fluency to coordinate other engineering discipline drawings and construction requirements.

- Self-driven, ability to self-direct and organize self
- Detail oriented and thorough in work completion and detailing
- Driven, resourceful, creative, independent and eager
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22C.F.R. *120.15 are required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee.
