Description

Decypher is seeking VTC Technician candidates to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) at West Bethesda, MD. This position provides support that includes the setup of VTC calls, daily operations, training of personnel, and scheduling of associated resources. US Citizenship and active SECRET clearance required.

Required Certifications

Current beginner level Operating System (Microsoft) training.

Required Experience and Skills

Two years of experience in each of the following: VTC and A/V equipment operation from multiple manufactures, VTC and A/V industry standards, WAN technologies, as they apply to VTC operations and Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams. Shall possess two years of experience in customer service skills including direct interactions with end users for operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and general knowledge sharing with both experienced and unexperienced end users. Shall possess two years of knowledge of VoIP / IP VTC systems, software, hardware, and Telecommunications standards.
