Assistant Project Manager, Washington DC

Full-Time/Regular

Project management support for one or more projects, including RFI's, submittals, pre-op meetings, material delivery logs, miscellaneous buyouts, quality control, and preparing schedules with input from project team. Additionally, coordinate and run Subcontractor, Owner and Consigli team meetings on site.


Required Skills
  • Capable of negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong initiative and problem solving abilities
  • Proficient in Timberline PM Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Functional understanding of Schedule software
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, requisitions, changes and sequences


Required Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar;
  • 3-5 years' experience within the construction field in project management, or similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Familiarity with Procore Software;
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards;
