Job/Internship Description

We're looking for a Deep Learning-Aquaculture Summer Intern (June 7, 2021 to August 20, 2021) to join our Research Team. This position will be home based within the US.

What you'll do

  • Survey literature on prior work and suitable ML approaches to solve the given problem
  • Conceptualize, build and validate an AI engine that becomes core part of the proposed solution
  • Demonstrate (customer pilots), publish (papers) and protect (patents) novel ideas

Your qualifications

  • Master student (PhD preferred) in computer science, engineering, or other related disciplines
  • Programming experience in Python or a similar language is required
  • Expertise in developing deep learning applications using libraries and platforms, such as Keras, TensorFlow, and Pytorch
  • Experience in developing cutting edge machine learning research applications by applying image processing, image classification, and image segmentation for large scale problems
  • The candidate must be able to work within a team environment and should be self-motivated with the ability to plan and execute

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Hourly Rate = ($25 to $41 based on year of study)
