SummaryThe AARP Foundation Research Unit is looking for an intern who is passionate about aging research. As an intern, you will apply your research design and methods skills to help plan and manage research projects that inform the AARP Foundation’s innovation and program development work and support the achievement of the AARP Foundation’s strategic objectives. We are committed to your growth and to cultivating your continued learning and development in research. The duration of this paid internship can be up to a year.

Requirements
Prospective interns must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university; be considered rising undergraduate juniors or seniors, graduate students, or post-doctoral students; and remain academically enrolled throughout the internship.
AARP also considers non-traditional interns who are looking to re-enter the workforce or change careers. This may include those who have previously graduated from college and enrolled in a continuing education program.
Currently pursuing a degree with a major or minor/concentration in gerontology, research, public health, social sciences, behavioral sciences, or related discipline; preference will be given to candidates pursuing a graduate degree.
