Graduate of an accredited nursing program 2. Bachelors degree required (BSN preferred) 3. Masters Degree preferred in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Public health or Business 4. Current license as a Professional Registered Nurse from the State of Illinois 5. Current AHA BLS/CPR and other required unit-specific certifications 6. Three (3) years of experience in nursing required 7. Previous management experience preferred 8. Effective communication skills (oral and written) that facilitate therapeutic relationships between patients, families and staff 9. National Certification (within 1 year of hire). 10.
