Description

Experienced, mid-level Primary Care NP/PA needed at primary care practice with Family Practice and Internal Medicine.  This opportunity is offered at six different locations and are all a part of the larger, health-care system owned multi-specialty group, Frederick Health Medical Group (FHMG). 

FHMG includes over 40 primary care providers with 20 physicians and 20+ Advanced Practice Providers. All practices are PCMH accredited and ACO participating, with very strong supporting structure that includes care management, behavioral health, pharmacy, etc.

The position is open to a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

The APP will support the Mission of Frederick Health System and complies with the Code of Conduct. The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess certificate of completion from an approved program for Adult Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant
  • Be eligible for licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or the Maryland Board of Physicians.
  • Have sufficient medical training to qualify legally and professionally to perform all demands placed upon them.
