Responsible for overall supervision of residential summer program for pre-college high school students. Leader of a team of tutor counselors and responsible for providing direction to the program participants for six weeks during the summer and while students living in a dormitory setting. Responsible for designing and coordinating activities in the dorm and with the staff at the university where the program is housed. Coordinates services with the UMBS program instructors, program counselors, and other administrative staff.
