Job Title: Multilingual Data Analyst

Number of Positions: 3 (Russian Analyst, Farsi Analyst, Chinese Analyst)

Location: Dumfries, VA

Description:

Read and analyze technical and non-technical data in support of science & technology programs with a direct impact on national security.

• Read and write in one or more of the following: Russian, Farsi, Chinese (Mandarin)
• Tag data for testing and evaluation of new technology
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources (i.e. Web, SharePoint, or Share Drive)
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Assist in collection and analysis of program performance data
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Required:

• US Citizenship
• Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese, Farsi, Russian
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and be a part of a diverse team
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of data modeling, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase
• Knowledge of Deep Neural Networks
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing tools

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
