The Opportunity and What You'll Do Ulteig is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Internship in our Substation department located in our Austin, TX office to work over the Summer of 2020. The focus of the internship will be for an individual of high integrity to grow in personal excellence through learning technical and communications skills while supporting client success through work on project deliverables. The internship will provide opportunities to work on projects in the power market for both utility and renewable clients. The Engineering Intern works under close supervision, and receives specific and detailed instructions required to complete tasks and achieve results expected. The Engineering Intern will work with engineers to complete assignments and meet project deadlines. Assignments will focus on one or all of the following: physical high voltage, 69kV - 345kV, design or protection and control projects. Opportunities for site visits and trainings may be provided.
