Job Description:

The Center for Hospitality and Culinary Studies which us an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Accredited program is seeking adjunct instructors for employment in Baking and Pastries for the Spring, Summer and Fall terms.

Candidate must have strong instructional and leadership skills in the pastry field. He/she should have the skill set to teach one or more of the following courses such as: Baking and Pastry, Artisan Breads, Advanced Baking and Pastry, Candies Confections and Showpieces, and Cake Decoration and Quantity Bakeshop Production. Adjunct instructors must also engage in general college responsibilities within and outside the division.


Requirements:

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of Associates degree in Culinary Arts from a reputed institute, be serve-safe certified and preferred ACF chef level certified.
