Zywave provides unique, industry-leading solutions for insurance brokers, and is hiring an Associate Database Analyst to manage the data conversion process for use in proprietary web applications and interpret/consult on data format and use with broker clients. As a Zywave Associate Database Analyst, you will assist clients in formatting and loading critical business data to Zywave databases for use in insurance applications. You will also generate reports and provide consultative assistance for internal and external projects and initiatives.

• In collaboration with internal and external business associates, develop and maintain data maps necessary for importing data into Zywave applications.
• Map data into web based applications using a variety of third party data mapping software platforms.

• Generate and analyze routine and ad hoc reports to assist with support of Zywave applications, both internally and for our customers.
• Maintain data standards and structure by producing validation and quality assurance reports to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings.
• Perform other tasks on projects as needed/assigned by management.

1. Pursuing a BS/BA in information systems, business, economics or other related discipline.
2. Some technical orientation and experience with relational databases and MS Excel.
3. Solid sense of project ownership and responsibility and the ability to manage high project volume effectively.
4. Detail-orientation, solid customer service skills, the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
5. Solid business writing and verbal communication skills.
