Job Description Summary: | The School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) at George Washington University, Department of Pathology, is recruiting for a full-time Research Program Associate to work in a dynamic and growing research environment. By advancing translation of research and increasing interdisciplinary collaboration in key areas of strength, SMHS researchers are identifying novel approaches to address the world's most devastating health issues, including cancer, HIV/AIDS, and a wide spectrum of neurological disorders. In order to support the research growth efforts, we are looking for an individual who is energetic, proactive and portrays strong customer service skills with all levels of students, faculty, staff, and external constituents. This individual should be excited to assist in establishing departmental processes, procedures, and reports to support significant growth in the research area. |

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
