YOUR POSITION WITH TNC | |
The Communications Intern supports the implementation of integrated communications and marketing programs that build awareness of NatureVest's work across internal and external audiences. | |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | |
The Communications Intern reports to NatureVest's Director of Communications, assisting with the creation of a variety of marketing materials and providing project coordination within the NatureVest team as well as with key stakeholder colleagues in other business units within TNC. They work on various stages of projects, including content drafting, internal review coordination, editing, presentation development, text/image/graphic layout in marketing templates, and publication/announcement coordination. In this role, the Communications Intern assists NatureVest with reaching and influencing key audiences, while gaining hands-on experience in a range of marketing disciplines and exposure to the impact investing and conservation/non-profit sectors. They may have additional ad hoc opportunities to assist with other activities within NatureVest and/or other marketing activities of TNC. This will be a 4-month, part time position commencing September 2019. Applicants should be able to work 15 hours per week on a part time basis (paid hourly). | |
