Job Description
Summary/Objective
Under close supervision, performs a variety of operational functions in support of departmental and Bank goals and objectives.


Essential Functions

  1. Performs account and CIF maintenance on new and existing deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes and customer information files.
  2. Responsible for tracking and reporting errors using different software and resources.
  3. Works closely with the CIF coordinator to provide information on various reports.
  4. Image and index all documents received by the branches using Synergy.  Answer CIF telephone calls and emails as needed.
  5. Coordinate orders and maintain the office supply needs. 
 
Other Duties
  1. Responsible for complying with department procedures as documented within the BSA Compliance Program Operating Manual.
  2. Responds on a timely basis to information requests received from BSA Officer.
  3. Responsible for attending BSA related training sessions, as appropriate and directed by the BSA Officer. 
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Skills/Abilities
  1. Knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, account titling standards and documentation requirements.
  2. Strong organization and attention to detail.
  3. Good oral and written communication skills with emphasis on telephone and email communications.
  4. Proficient in the use of all types of standard office equipment.
  5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with strong data entry skills.
  6. Ability to become proficient with a variety of software/applications and/or systems.
  7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  8. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

     
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
 
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.  Office environment with job duties conducted via telephone, face to face meetings, and on the computer. 
 
Physical Demands
This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and opening cabinets.  This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
 
Travel
Travel may be required for this position.
 
Education and Experience
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Banking related training and/or minimum of two years’ experience preferred.
