Our intern program at Donaldson is a key component of our recruiting strategy. We recruit from a variety of universities, with a focus on summer internships at our Bloomington, MN headquarters, and summer internships at some of our U.S. plant locations.

Our focus is on providing a great learning experience. Interns also make valuable contributions to our product development and enhancement initiatives. We strive to provide employment opportunities for successful graduating interns; over the past several years we have made full-time offers to a significant number of summer interns. To be considered you must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate finance degree program, and prior internship or co-op experience is preferred
