Job Description

ARServices is seeking a Process Design Analyst to support the OPNAV N1 Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) Transformation effort. The scope of this effort encompasses support for the entire MPT&E Transformation portfolio of services and projects. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Process Design Lead to plan, prepare, and facilitate process design workshops to support adding MPT&E processes identified for transition to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC)
  • Assist the Process Design Lead in managing MPT&E process owner relationships and facilitating MNCC Design Action Board (change control board) meetings
  • Prepare process documentation for MNCC processes, to include process maps, functional requirements, process narratives, and summary materials
  • Review existing process documentation and familiarize Process Design Team members on MPT&E processes, problem areas, and applicable policy, rules, and guidelines
  • Identify potential processes improvements and work to assess impacts of future changes
  • Educate MPT&E process owners on MNCC features and capabilities to support design efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Two (2) years total experience required for Analyst I, five (5) years total experience required for Program Manager II
  • Two (2) years process improvement, process design, or process modelling experience preferred
  • Knowledge of documenting end-to-end workflows
  • Functional requirements gathering experience
  • Strong client-facing service delivery and consulting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to support business writing, professional correspondence, and meeting facilitation
  • Experience and aptitude for managing, working, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Visio)
