Corporate Program Management Office Summer Intern

Key Role:

Work as a summer intern within the corporate group to provide administrative support for the Program Management Organization (PMO) office, including reporting and liaising with all management levels to provide summarized information on workstream activities and tasks being managed through the PMO. Maintain responsibility for managing the collation and reporting of the project weekly status report, liaise with all workstream leads to ensure weekly project status reporting is provided in a timely manner, update the project dashboard on a weekly basis, and update and monitor action items. Work with workstream leads to close out and resolve action items and assist with managing the project central documentation library SharePoint site, known as the PME. Ensure documents are stored and tagged correctly, controlled items are managed appropriately, and provide ad-hoc reporting, as requested by the program manager. Support the PMO in the development of new documentation and project management software and support the training of project staff on the PME. Support updating and maintaining the business process flows in the iGraphx tool. Assist with managing meetings by ensuring the rooms are booked and set up prior to the meetings, taking notes during meetings, and posting minutes after the meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with business and finance in a professional or educational background

-Ability to work as part of a team

-Ability to work on own initiative and independently

-Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by December 2019 or June 2020

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
