Service Excellence; Patient Admitting; Patient Scheduling; Insurance Verification; Accuracy Financial Counseling; Patient Safety - Non-Nursing; Accountability; Teaming; Problem Solving; Effective Communication.
The Registration Department is looking for a Patient Access Team Lead, who would be supporting the "Emergency Department working evening shift (2:45p - 11:15p), every other weekend and rotating holidays".
