This exciting opportunity is located in our Troy, Michigan Location.

Responsibilities and duties :

• This is a year round internship commitment
• Analyze, check & update with other functions, data for warehouse project.
• Collect weekly supplier invoices and compile data for tracking.
• Collect customer penalty information & customer dissatisfiers leading to logistics supplier feedback/ disputes
• Investigate & dispute or file a claim accordingly
• Summarize on a regular basis status by customer & carrier
• Collect and analyze data for rack profiling project

Basic qualifications :

• 1 + year of school or work related experience in Microsoft Office
• Currently a student enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering at the time Internship begins
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
