In this role, the successful candidate will have the ability and/or the strong desire to learn how to:
Build dynamic registration websites on a varied set of registration platforms including Cvent, EventRebels, SalesForce, and eTouches (basic HTML/CSS knowledge required)
Develop customized financial reports to provide clients with a detailed overview of event revenue (advanced Excel knowledge required, experience with pivot tables and macros a plus)
Implement on-demand badging solutions that include NFC/RFID tagging, lead retrieval, and session scanning
Oversee Customer Service agents assigned to your accounts and provide customer service support for attendees
Manage all aspects of on-site registration including travel to the show site, contracting and supervision of assigned temp staff and vendors, as well as rental/purchase of all necessary materials
Work with an customer-focused team of event professionals dedicated to providing an extraordinary experience for our clients and their attendees
Provide Exhibitor/Sponsorship Fulfillment & Support
Speaker Management
Candidate will work with multiple clients at one time and with all clients working in different industries. Ability to multi-task is key.
Travel Requirements
Possible travel to 3-6 events annually, up to 10 days per event, average is 5 days.
