Job Overview
 
Trade Center Management Associates is a private sector building management and hospitality service provider at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is Washington's premier special events and international conference facility, located on historic Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of Penn Quarter in Washington, DC. Currently, our Sales & Event Planning Department is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to complete their team.

This position will support the sales organization leadership through customer, operational and business support. They will be responsible for providing administrative support for the sales leadership team and occasionally may be required to support the sales and event planning teams in an administrative capacity as well. In this role, the Sales Support Analyst will develop financial reports, support forecasting, revenue management and sales productivity. Additionally, they will evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes including: account management, leads, planning and prioritization, sales automation, tools and reporting programs. 
 

Responsibilities:
  • Directly supports the EVP of Sales & Event Planning along with other sales leaders in all facets of planning and operational performance with heavy administrative emphasis.
  • Act as a Sales & Event Planning liaison with other Business Groups on new initiatives, including but not limited to Finance, HR, Business Development and other Sales/Operations teams.
  • Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and its revenue attainment/organizational objectives.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Support segmentation, compensation, quota planning, headcount, expansion planning, and other periodic planning requirements for the Sales & Event Planning organization.
  • Support forecasting, revenue attainment and metrics reporting.
 

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a sales support function.
  • Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Program Management, Management Consulting or other related financial/commercial role a plus.
  • Experience interacting with leaders across multiple organizational functions.
  • Strong financial, analytical and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel required).
  • Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a fast-paced company would be highly beneficial.
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses and influencing results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-pace organization.
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient/comfortable in ambiguous situations.
